Air India has to be the worst carrier any country can have. In the worst case scenario, when you have lost all hope of securing a seat in any other airline, you have suicidal tendencies but don't want to die yet, when you have nothing else to do but 'experience'...Fly Air India.Flying in to Dubai was an experience in itself. Airports and airlines have always shared their well-kept secrets with me. And Mumbai airport never ceases to surprise me.Discourteous is not even the word to describe the ground staff. Paan chewing, hindi munching, communication skills lacking ground staff at the counters only give a mere peek into what awaits one at the AI terminal.
